Artful Ellijay, a vibrant home decor and interior design studio, is seeking an upbeat, sales-savvy Sales Associate to join our dynamic team! If you have a flair for creating a welcoming atmosphere, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you to help our customers feel at home from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a Positive Shopping Experience: Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm,

  ensuring they feel valued whether they make a purchase or not.

• Drive Sales & Generate Leads: Engage customers with product knowledge and provide leads for our in-house interior design team.

• Multitask Like a Pro: Handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment, from assisting customers to troubleshooting technology issues when needed.

• Merchandise with Style: Restock and arrange merchandise on the floor with a tasteful eye that aligns with Artful Ellijay’s aesthetic.

• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to keep the studio running smoothly and maintain a positive, supportive work environment.

• Get Hands-On: Climb ladders to arrange displays or stock high shelves, ensuring our studio looks its best.

  What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Strong sales skills with a knack for building customer relationships.

• Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues (e.g., POS systems, computers).

• Comfortable multitasking in a bustling retail setting.

• Physically able to climb ladders and lift moderate weights for stocking and displays

• A keen eye for design and detail, with a sense of Artful Ellijay’s unique style.
