Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, hands-on technician to service and maintain residential water systems and filtration equipment. This is a field-based position working directly with customers across North Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain water filtration systems (softeners, carbon filters, iron filters, UV systems)
• Perform routine maintenance (salt refills, system checks, backwashing)
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues
• Assist with installations
• Perform water testing, meter checks, and full water system inspections
• Communicate clearly with customers

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude (plumbing or service experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
• Dependable and able to work independently
