Times-Courier, your local newspaper since 1875, is looking for a dynamic

Sales Associate to join our small, but mighty, team right here in Ellijay, Ga.

This isn’t your average sales job. You won’t be selling a generic product;

you’ll be selling the heart of our community. As a Sales Associate, you will

be responsible for building relationships with businesses across Gilmer

County, understanding their unique needs, and crafting advertising

solutions that help their stories reach our readers — their neighbors.

What You’ll Do:

• Become a familiar face in the community, meeting with business

owners from Cherry Log to Talking Rock.

• Get creative! Design and sell effective advertising campaigns across

our print and digital platforms.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of local

businesses.

• Help us grow and continue our mission of providing essential local

news.

What You’ll Need:

• A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in people.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A self-starter attitude with a knack for problem-solving.

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but if you have a great attitude and

are a quick learner, we want to talk to you.
