Job Summary

North Georgia Drilling is seeking a hardworking, dependable technician to service residential well systems and assist with hydrofracking operations. This is a physically active, field-based position with hands-on work every day.

Responsibilities

• Pull and install well pumps and related equipment
• Diagnose and repair well system issues
• Assist with hydrofracking operations
• Perform system troubleshooting and flow testing
• Maintain equipment, tools, and truck inventory
• Follow safety procedures on job sites
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude (construction, plumbing, or similar experience preferred)
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Dependable, strong work ethic, and team-oriented

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with well drilling or pump systems
• CDL or ability to obtain one
• Experience operating equipment or working around rigs
