The Property Access Services Manager is responsible for the oversight, leadership, and operational effectiveness of the Association’s 24/7 Property Access Services Hub. This role ensures continuous monitoring operations, staff coverage, guest verification processes, and high standards of customer service, and professionalism. The position also oversees the Welcome Host team stationed at the gate, ensuring all guests are properly greeted, verified, and granted access in accordance with Association policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of the Property Access Services Hub, ensuring 24/7 coverage
- Supervise, schedule, and support staff across all shifts
- Ensure effective use of monitoring systems and access controls
- Maintain and uphold standard operating procedures
- Oversee Welcome Host gate operations and guest verification
- Coordinate training and staff performance

Qualifications

- Supervisory or management experience
- Experience managing 24/7 operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to assist with implementation and training of gate software systems
- Ability to train staff on new technology and software updates

Pay Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
