Friends of Gilmer Animal Shelter, Inc. (FOGAS) is a Georgia, non-profit, tax-exempt, 501(C)3, all-volunteer organization. The purpose of the organization is to raise funds to promote resources and services to save the lives of dogs and cats brought to this county shelter. FOGAS provides this through memberships, donations, and fundraising activities.
