As the founder of Elestay, I come from the hospitality industry with over 30 years hosting Guests in various capacities. I fell in love with Ellijay and the North GA Mountains and purchased a home here in 2015. I decided that I wanted to continue my hospitality career via sharing this lovely place with others.
