CORE is an initiative of The Greater Gilmer Community Foundation that embodies that spirit. Part resource center, part collaborative workspace, CORE houses entrepreneurs and start-ups, offers co-working and mentorship opportunities, serves as a new venture incubator/accelerator, teaches and trains for employment success and provides a community meeting space.
This 6400 square foot building currently provides 11 office spaces (with plans to grow) conference rooms, office space by the hour with all utilities (including high speed internet) and office resources including printer, fax, color copier, a/v equipment, and more included in the rental.
