Please join us as we celebrate Sherry Saving Discarded Dogs with a ribbon cutting! This event will be held on October 15th at 4:30pm at Tractor Supply Co.

Rescue the mistreated. Save the injured. Love the abandoned.

Animal advocates committed to helping dogs in need find secure, loving, and forever homes. Through a network of volunteers, they rescue dogs from county animal control facilities throughout the state of Georgia. (focusing on North Georgia) Once the animals are in their care, they provide veterinary care, vaccinations, spay and neuter procedures, and loving foster homes. When the dogs are ready to find their new families, they screen and help match animals with their new humans through their adoption process and events. It's a tremendous undertaking and they can't do it alone. Currently, tens of thousands of dogs are euthanized each year throughout the state of Georgia because of neglect, abandonment, and overpopulation.
