Cartecay River Pizza Company has been a staple in Ellijay since they opened in 2016. Since then, from a food truck to a little restaurant, Adan Prieto took over Cartecay River Pizza Company in 2023. As a new owner, Adan has extended the hours, days of operations, and has added more menu options.

Adan is a very hardworking individual with love and passion for cooking and wants to continue. Tim is the former owner of Cartecay River Pizza Company and is a dear friend to the Prieto family! When Adan is helping his sister with other restaurants, Tiffany and Zeta are the driving forces of Cartecay River Pizza Company. Tiffany is a full-time employee, and Zeta works on weekends when she's not at school.
