Job Description
Standard schedule 20 - 30 hours per week anytime from 8 AM - 8 PM. Weekends and most holidays a must.  You will be the main contact for our family run bed and breakfast. Must be a self starter, energetic, outgoing, organized with the ability to multitask. Must enjoy working with people, be engaging and ensure customer's experience is a great one. Duties include: greeting guests upon arrival, answering phones and  responding to emails, provide general information to customers that call in or stop by, assist customers with new, exisiting or canceled reservations, assisting customers and mountain bike guides with the scheduling of guided mountain bike trips, coordinate shuttles to trail heads, offer trail advice and route directions, problem solving, handling cash, credit cards and the Clover POS system, assist with meal prep and serving, manage website, restock merchandise, assist with inventory, follow up with customers by phone, email and/or personal letters, manage posts professionally on Yelp, Trip Advisor and Goggle - reporting any negative reviews to business owner, other front end tasks required for day to day operations, assisting Kate with business managment, operations, processes, development and growth.
