PEAKS: Reflections on Mental Health for an Aging Population
ENJOY FREE LUNCH AT NOON Mental health can be unique to each age group. Seniors go through various obstacles that affect their mental health such as changes that occur due to aging. Come learn from Cappie Harper, a retired psychiatric nurse, how specific factors affect mental health for seniors. Topics of discussion will also include how to recognize signs of declining mental health and tactics to use for the maintenance of mental health connected to the aging process.
