Conflict is an issue every business owner/employee will encounter at some point. It could be a disgruntled employee, an unsatisfied customer, or an overactive competitor. How we approach conflict will determine the outcome most of the time. This workshop will equip you with the basic tools and techniques to handle conflict is a constructive way.
